Northern Valley Homecoming Football vs. Logan Trojans

Northern Valley played a hard Homecoming game vs. the Logan Trojans. NV played well in the first quarter but could not keep up. Even though Northern Valley lost 6-56, the Huskies played very hard. Brian lead the team in rushing with 34 yards on 8 carries. Others were Justin for 11 with 4 carries and Blake for 4 with 2 carries.Blake completed 2 of 6 passes for 26 yard. Cody had 1 catch for 17 yards and Brian had the other for 9. Cody, Brian, and Justin all led the team with a total of 10 tackles a piece. Others were Nathaniel with 8, Drew with 7, Ethan for 4, Eric and Tanner each with 3, and Hutch with 2. Tanner punted 4 times for a total of 112 and Drew punted once for 31 yards. Tanner also kicked off twice for a total of 47 yards. Ethan was the leading kick returner with 3 carries and 139 total yards. Justin also had a carry for 14 yards for kick return. Next week, the Huskies travel to Bird City to battle the Cheylin Cougars.
