FFA is in full swing here in the valley. Mr.Zillinger is the head honcho of the FFA in Northern Valley. Last Saturday they traveled to Oberlin for the greenhand conference which is a freshman event. The team consisted of Matt placing second in the creed contest and qualifying for state and, Zach , Kayla and, Skyler also attended. Matt will represent Northwest Kansas at the state contest at the state convention in May. Skyler lead the team in points. The NV FFA chapter also attended four workshops on communications, goal setting and, evolvement and personal character. Stanton is the district secretary and he represented the communications workshop. Mr.Z felt that his students got a positive feeling about FFA by participating in those four workshops.
