Northern Valley Sixth Grade Girls Win First Place at the Logan Track Meet

    The Northern Valley Jr. High track team competed in the Logan meet on May 6.  The NV 6^th grade girls won first place in their division scoring 94 points, Golden Plains was second with 70 points, followed by Stockton with 62.  The NV junior high boys won 2^nd in their division scoring 100 points, Logan was first with 104 points.  The 6^th grade boys tied for third place.  Brooke Baird won three 1^st place ribbons to lead the 6^th grade girls.  Eli Lowry won three 1^st places to lead the 6^th grade boys.  Phillip Bryant won both the sprint races and Jordan Baird won the triple jump.  The Huskies will end their track season next week going to Mankato to compete in the GNEC/Pike Trail League meet.
