Junior High Boys win First Place at Quinter Track Meet

The NVJH track team competed in the Quinter Track Meet on April 30. There were 11 schools at the meet. The NV boys won first place scoring 115 points, 2nd place was Quinter with 82 points and 3rd place was Oakley with 66. This was the first time that the NVJH boys have ever won the Quinter meet. This was our best track meet of the season so far with most of our athletes having personal bests on the day. Northern Valley boys won seven events on the day. Everyone enjoyed watching the Huskies win the 4x100 and 4x200 relays. The NV girls competed hard and finished in 7th place. Many of the girls had personal best at this meet also.
