FACS Class Sewing Project

The freshman FACS class recently completed their first sewing project, a pair of pajama pants.  They selected a pair of shorts or pants that fit well and then used that article to create a pattern for their pajamas.  After creating the pattern, they cut the fabric and then sewed their own garment.  They learned how to straight stitch, backstitch, hem, and hand sew a button hole.  Everyone was pleased and proud of their final product.
