Freshman in the Kitchen

After completing units on housing, dating, marriage, money management, and sewing, the freshman FACS class was eager to get into the kitchen. Last week they whipped up a Master Mix (similar to Bisquick) and used that to make biscuits, pancakes, and coffee cake. This week they moved on to meatballs and created both a BBQ and an Italian version. On the menu for next week: decorated Christmas cookies.
