With the passage of S Sub for HB 2567 and H Sub for SB113, KASB has written policy JBCC Enrollment of Nonresident Students. Prior to adoption, the school board must hold a hearing on the proposed policy. This policy outlines the requirements for the enrollment of nonresident students, including required actions such as determining capacity, accepting applications, and admitting nonresident students.
Northern Valley School Board has set the hearing for October 9th, 2023 in the Long Island School at 6:35 PM during the regularly scheduled meeting.
