Post Prom Sloppy Joe Feed on the 19th at the High School home football game at 6 PM. Free will donation, but a minimum of $5 per plate is appreciated!
Alma Junior High Cross Country Invitational
The Northern Valley Junior High School traveled to Alma, NE, on September 15 to compete in the Cross-Country Invitational. It was a hot day for the six athletes as they anxiously awaited their only meet of the season. After the high school competitions, twenty-five boys and seventeen girls lined up for the junior high race. Max Wilder came out in 10th place after the first 200 meters but gradually worked his way up placing 6th overall. Following behind were Colt Rogers placing 13th, Asher Van Patten placing 14th, and Colton Ledbetter placing 15th. On the girl’s side, Tayah Seeders and Cambrie Sproul pushed each other through the curves and hills. Tayah placed 12th followed by Cambrie in 13th place. This is always a tough competition for our athletes who usually practice football and volleyball all week, but enjoy having an opportunity to run one cross country meet every year.

13th – Colt Rogers 9:55.68
14th – Asher Van Patten 10:09.43
15th – Colton Ledbetter 10:10.53
Girls
