Here are the stats from the High School Football game on Friday.

The weightlifting students at NV completed their first 5-week cycle of weight training this week, and we had personal bests set by all 21 students since their last Max Out test. Pictured are the five strongest boys in the high school and the three strongest girls in the high school. I determine this feat by calculating each students “Ratio” which is the sum of their bench, squat, and clean divided by their body weight. Owen Hammond is the strongest, lifting 4.58 times his body weight. Below is the September numbers from the strongest in at NVHS (BW, bench, squat, clean, ratio):

1. Owen Hammond (177 lbs) – 195, 360, 255 (4.58)

2. Lucas Hansen (155 lbs) – 195, 305, 205 (4.55)

3. Gavin Thalheim (192 lbs) – 235, 340, 255 (4.32)

4. Tait Thalheim (139 lbs) – 175, 235, 155 (4.06)

5. Maverick Rogers (132 lbs) – 130, 260, 150 (4.05)

Yesterday was color day for spirit week. Everyone looked great! Here are some pictures of what we saw yesterday!

Today is Dr. Seuss dress-up day. We had a fox in socks in a box, a cow, a chicken, and someone who dressed like Dr.Seuss himself. Great job, everyone! Keep it up!!

Post Prom Sloppy Joe Feed on the 19th at the High School home football game at 6 PM. Free will donation, but a minimum of $5 per plate is appreciated!

We have had some great Adam Sandler fits today. Some Happy Gimore, Katherine Murphy, and Lucy. Can't wait to see what the rest of the week brings!
